Gianluca Pompilio
ABOUT
Gianluca Pompilio is an Italian composer and sound artist with a lifelong passion for sound, technology, and club music. His work spans a wide range of fields, including electroacoustic composition, live electronics, club music, and applied music.His compositions and performances have been commissioned or released by prestigious institutions, record labels, and festivals such as Island Records - Sony Universal (2018), Museo delle Anime del Purgatorio ad Arco (2021), Teatro Bellini di Napoli (2022), and Ex Asilo Filangieri (2023).Gianluca holds a master’s degree in Electronic Music from the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory of Naples. He is a member of the Napoli Totale collective and the OEOAS orchestra. Under the alias Luke La Rock, he leads a project dedicated to experimental club music.
